q.   is it better to hand wash or machine wash?

a.   the foil is washable up to 40 degrees in a washing machine, so it depends on your fabric and the reliablitly of the washing machine. 

       do a test piece on your fabric and throw it into the wash on several different settings to guage how well it washes.

q.   can I use a heat press?

contact art colleges or go online to find out when they are holding their end of year exhibitions.  it's usually early in summer.

otherwise attending the New Designers' exhibition at the Design Centre in Islington is a wonderful opportunity to appreciate young talent.
